You can live in a studio, a one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment of your choice.

And, you'll never feel lost in the crowd at the Windsor Manor. We have about 150 residents -- small enough to provide an active community, but not so big that people don't know each other.

* Weekly housekeeping service
* Social, recreational, and educational programs
* Utilities except telephone

* Free local transportation
* Important safety features: security guard, 24-hour emergency call system,
and medical assistance

* Building and grounds maintenance and security
* Individual mailboxes
* Parking
* Free use of personal laundries
* Free snacks and refreshments available between meal times

Optional services available at additional charge include: guest rooms and meals, sedan service, beauty/barber shop, and personal service.

Fee Schedule
Occupancy of living accommodations at Windsor Manor is assured through payment of a one-time entrance fee. A monthly fee provides for the many services of day-to-day living.

Windsor Manor offers a variety of tasteful living options, including your choice of colors in wall-to-wall carpeting and draperies.

Floor Plans

Each unit provides phone outlets, individual controls for heating and air conditioning and a 24-hour Emergency Response system. Some apartments feature balconies, and our one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments include a kitchenette. Microwaves and refrigerators are available for all units.
