Southern California Presbyterian Homes (SCPH) established The White Sands of La Jolla in 1956 after recognizing a unique opportunity for beachfront retirement living.

Independent Living
You’ve worked hard for your retirement, so make the most of it in a beautiful beachfront setting at The White Sands of La Jolla. Living Space
You have a variety of pleasing accommodation choices at White Sands. From studios to large two-bedroom apartments, more than 15 floor plans are available.
Your living space comes newly decorated with carpeting, draperies, cable TV, telephone and individual controls for heating. Most apartments have a balcony and many come with kitchenettes or full kitchens. Some include fireplaces or ocean views, and you can even bring your own furniture.
