The Chateaus of Pleasant Hill offer Contra Costa County's only continuum of senior care with four communities located on three campuses.
Chateau I, the original Chateau, has provided services to seniors for more than 20 years. It is ideal for the most active and independent residents who require minimal services in a spirited setting.
Chateau II is a smaller home-like environment nestled in a tranquil, lush setting and boasts easy access common areas.
The Setting: Apartments at the Chateaus boast views of California oaks, sunset hillsides or landscaped water fountains. The National Wildlife Federation has certified the Chateaus' grounds as a noted 'Backyard Wildlife Habitat,' which encourages wildlife habitation. Not surprisingly, hummingbird feeders and birdhouses are not uncommon sights and the natural environs set the tone for a beautiful living experience.
At Home at the Chateaus: The Carlton Senior Living experience begins the moment you move in. Our move-in consultation ensures a plan is in place for both resident health care and best life needs. We work with you to create a Personal Expressions activity program and to gauge the level of personal care needed. Ongoing Family Connection Conferences help us monitor resident lifestyle changes and adapt to their healthcare needs accordingly.
Living: Our dining options cater to residents' taste and daily plans. Three restaurant-style dining services, a 24-hour café and room service on request serve residents who are on the go or ready to relax at the end of the day.
