St. Paul's Towers is intended for qualified seniors 65 years or better who live without assistance, have met certain financial qualifications and are in good health for their age. As a prerequisite for admission, each resident is required to be enrolled in, and maintain Medicare Parts A and B.
The St. Paul's Towers community consists of a 23-story building that has a wide variety of apartment options as well as an assisted living and skilled nursing center on site.
