There are studio, one-bedroom, deluxe one-bedroom, one bedroom, two bath, and two bedroom, two bath apartments, all with large windows that offer spectacular ocean and garden views. In addition, individually controlled heating and air conditioning and a wet bar, complete with refrigerator, sink and cabinetry is included in the apartments. Wall-to-wall carpeting, window coverings and oversized closets are added features that make this an outstanding choice for retirement living. One monthly fee includes basic cable television, complimentary laundry facilities, weekly housekeeping, chauffeured transportation, valet services, maintenance services, all utilities except telephone, and much more.
