Residency basic eligibility requirements
Age Requirements:
You must be at least 55+ years of age to live in Rohlffs Manor III Apartments.
You must be at least 62+ years of age to live in Rohlffs Concordia Manor and Rohlffs Manor Apartments.
Income:
To be considered for residency at Rohlffs Concordia Manor your maximum household income cannot exceed the requirements set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
