The Cappelletti family began their service to seniors in 1953 when they established Julia Convalescent, which became one of the leading care facilities in Northern California. The idea for Redwood Villa was born from the realization that there was a need for an independent living residence for healthy retirees who do not need the services of a care facility. Built in 1975, Redwood Villa Retirement Residence was one of the first of its kind. In the over 30 years since, three generations of the Cappelletti family have dedicated themselves to maintaining it as a beacon of quality and caring service ... and as a comfortable and secure home that represents the best of independent retirement living.
