Special program offers moving allowance

Knowing that many people are ready for a more worry-free lifestyle in one of our independent living communities, but unable to sell or rent their home quickly, we’re prepared to help with moving costs*, and provide free food* for the term of the initial lease, or until you sell your home, whichever comes first (maximum 12 month benefit). The moving allowance is $800 when you sign a 12-month lease, and $400 for a six-month lease. We can provide you with a list of quality movers that have received good comments from residents. Savings in food charges are $450 per month for one person, and $900 per month for a couple.
