Quail Park Retirement Village is an innovative partnership between Kaweah Delta Health Care District and Living Care Senior Housing. This partnership is designed to provide residents and their families the benefits of both state of the art senior housing services and the standard of care of health care services. Quail Park aspires to exeed the expectations of its residents and its affiliate partners in providing services and care that are what Valley residents have to come expect and deserve.

Nestled in a fruitful valley, near the foothills of the Sequoia National Forest, Quail Park is Visalia’s casually elegant retirement community. Quail Park’s 114 premier apartments and cottages are comfortably situated on 7-acres of landscaped grounds featuring 2 miles of walking paths, a gazebo, furnished outdoor decks and patios, quiet interior courtyards, and gardens. Also available are assigned carports* and plenty of off-street parking. Just a block away is the Lifestyle Center, a 50,000 square foot community fitness center with a multitude of exercise classes, fitness equipment, two heated swimming pools and a variety of other wellness and rehabilitation services. Quail Park is just blocks away from senior friendly shopping and only two miles from Visalia City Center with quaint restaurants, golf courses, houses of worship, shopping and more.

Wellness Center in The Lodge at Quail Park

We want all of our residents at Quail Park to enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle. The Wellness Center, is managed by our partner in your care - Kaweah Delta Health Care District. Starting with the workout equipment which was designed with seniors in mind, the Wellness Center contributes to the health of all our residents. A registered nurse leads a team of volunteers and staff who plan wellness education events, fitness activities, care coordination services, massage therapy and even personal training in our fitness and exercise room. You can be seen by the Kaweah Delta lab technician for routine blood tests or have the nurse check your blood pressure in the Center’s equipped examination room. Residents are encouraged to retain their own personal physicians, or if they are new to the area, they can talk with the Wellness Center nurse for referrals to local area providers.

In addition to our 24-hour awake staff for your security, your monthly rent includes many services and amenities. Residents of the apartment homes in the Lodge at Quail Park enjoy their choice of two nutritious meals daily in any of our dining rooms. For our residents in the Cottage homes at Quail Park rent includes one meal each day although additional meal packages are available. Included in each residents monthly rent are weekly housekeeping including linens, emergency call system, Life Enhancement (Activities) Program, scheduled transportation, all utilities (except telephone), basic cable TV, complimentary laundry facilities, the on-site Wellness Center and Fitness room, and much more!

The Cottage at Quail Park are reserved for the Independent Senior who desires the amenities of retirement living in a private yet secure setting.
