Paradise Village is a rental retirement and assisted living community that will uniquely serve the needs of retirees by offering 497 apartments in a variety of styles, sizes and views. Rental fees will include most utilities, scheduled transportation and access to all the community has to offer.
Amenities
Enjoy a visit to our classic centerpiece called "The Village Square." Each neighborhood is connected by sky bridges to give our residents easy access within the community. The Village Square will feature a two story open atrium atmosphere and will offer restaurant style dining with outdoor patio seating, a credit union, coffee shop/deli, library, health club/fitness center with salt water swimming pool and hot tub.
Other exciting community features include a 212 seat auditorium with performance stage, home health center and physician's offices, hair care salon and chapel. When it comes to recreation and fun there will always be something to do with an 18 hole putting course, sport court, pedestrian friendly walking paths, art studio, billiards and a wealth of social, educational, wellness and spiritual pursuits.

Also offered at Paradise Village will be assisted living services. Residents may choose from studio, one bedroom or two bedroom floor plans with compact kitchens. Our residents enjoy three delicious meals each day, housekeeping and laundry services as well as assistance with daily living tasks such as medication management, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming. Additionally, our professional 24 hour staff is available to respond to emergency calls.
