A Continuum of Care.
Lake Park has expanded its Health Center to provide residents with an increased level of support, all on-site, for greater peace of mind. The new two-story 6,000 square-foot building holds 35 skilled nursing beds, as well as space for on-site rehabilitation. The expansion also includes office space for the activities staff, a spacious activities room and a first-floor patio area terrific for visiting with friends and family. In addition to the brand-new building, the existing Health Center will be completely remodeled to include new beds, furniture, paint, wallpaper and carpeting.
Lake Park's commitment to further improve the continuum of care for its residents was confirmed two-and-a-half years ago when the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission honored them with full accreditation. Since then, construction of the new Health Center has continued to move ahead, and has come to complete fruition.
