Foothill Village is a warm, friendly, and active senior living community offering a full range of senior retirement accommodations and services. Our retirement village is ideally located in Historic Angels Camp, home of the Calaveras County Jumping Frog Jubilee.
Foothill Village is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas and features a skilled and dedicated staff that provide fabulous meals, security, transportation, recreation and housekeeping. Staff is present 24 hours a day.
Independent Living in a Senior Community
Independent Living at Foothill Village offers the convenience and assurance of quality retirement living while providing independence with a carefree lifestyle.
Included in our reasonable monthly fee for Independent Living:
* Two meals served daily restaurant-style; private dining room for birthday
celebrations and family gatherings; menus change weekly
* Full kitchens in each suite, includes microwave, stove/oven and refrigerator
* Weekly housekeeping with flat linen service
* All utilities, except telephone
* Cable television with 60 channels
* Washers and dryers conveniently located on each floor
*Individually controlled heating and air conditioning in each suite
* Choice of five floor plans: studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites ranging from
448 to 995 square feet
* Storage areas and private decks with views of the Sierra foothills
* Weekly social and recreational activities; craft workshops
* 24-hour emergency response system and smoke detectors
* Reserved parking area for residents with a vehicle
* Scheduled transportation for shopping, medical appointments, activities and
community events
* Interactive uplifting fitness programs
* Priority access to Residential Care suites
Plenty to keep your mind and body active, whether you opt for Independent Living, or Assited Living. Retirement living doesn't have to be dull, and our activities and outings can make senior citizen living the best years of your life.
Community Fee:
A one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee of $3,500 is payable upon completion of a monthly rental agreement.
Suite Deposit:
A $2,000.deposit will place the potential resident’s name on our waiting list or reserve a suite. There will be 30 days to decide on a move in if a suite is reserved. The individual may wish to keep the deposit with Foothill Village, remain on the waiting list and select a suite at another time based upon availability. The deposit may be applied to the Community Fee if the individual signs a rental agreement for Foothill Village.
Pet Deposit:
A Pet Deposit of $1,000. is due upon execution of monthly rental agreement. One pet allowed per designated suite, located on our 2nd and 3rd floors. The deposit covers the cost of refurbishing a suite including but not limited to replacement of floor covering, blinds, base boards and painting.
