Diamond Terrace offers so many services and amenities on site, you may not find it necessary to leave the premises at all! Our roomy, comfortable and attractive studio, one bedroom and two bedroom residences all have lovely mountain and hillside views.

Your modest monthly fee covers 24-hour on-call staffing for peace of mind, gourmet dining service, weekly housekeeping & fresh linens, concierge style service, chauffeured transportation, plus a full program of diverse recreational and cultural offerings. Our pricing structure creates one of the most affordable retirement living communities with full services in the Bay Area.

Get involved in a continuing education or computer/internet class at Diamond Terrace or join our book or current events club. Explore your creative side with arts and crafts and music appreciation. The Terrace View Dining Room is attractively decorated and includes a special private dining room, which can be reserved for dinner parties, family get-together's or even an intimate dinner for two. Regardless of the occasion, you can always be assured of taste-tempting fare and a satisfying dining experience at Diamond Terrace.

All are offered with no initial investment other than a nominal cleaning/security deposit.
