For one inclusive monthly fee our residents receive their choice of apartment styles, lounge and game room, video theater with large screen TV, arts, crafts and hobbies programs, old fashioned ice-cream parlor, billiard lounge, library with computer access, card room, three delectable meals in our spacious dining room, gated and covered parking, exercise room, weekly housekeeping and linen laundry service and much more.
Casa Sandoval provides an active, affordable lifestyle without the concerns of home ownership and residential maintenance activities. The living is easy at Casa where for one inclusive monthly rental fee our retirement community offers prospective residents a variety of apartment locations.
The apartment homes at Casa Sandoval feature thoughtfully designed studio, alcove, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments some that include decks or patios. Each apartment home at Casa feature interiors that are classic and compatible with any style of home furnishings. Our apartment homes feature comfortable square footage with a quaint kitchenette, spacious bedrooms along with outdoor patios or balconies.

Casa Care
Casa Care is our health care service that provides one caregiver to one resident home and offers companionship and supervision based on the individual resident’s needs and level of care. Casa Care provides personal care assistance, medication reminders, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, as well as transportation accompaniment to physician’s appointments. Casa Care services range from one hour to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
