Welcome to Carmelo Park, the Monterey Peninsula’s newest and finest residential care facility for the elderly. Carmelo Park was designed by a team of planning experts working with seniors to create a nurturing, secure, friendly and stimulating environment.

Our Community
A family approach promotes individual dignity, sharing and mutual support. Our Resident Council works with the staff, and each other, to create a home life that allows us to continue to grow and improve. We range from 62 to 92 with a diverse program to meet everyone’s needs.
Mealtime is a great time at Carmelo Park! We serve three wholesome meals every day and nutritious snacks are available 24 hours a day. We are happy to modify your meals to meet any special needs. Residents are encouraged to interact with our dietary staff to ensure that your favorite dishes become a regular feature on the menu.
In addition to great food, which is very important at Carmelo Park, residents dine in a bright, beautiful setting surrounded by oaks, pines, roses and fountains.
Activities play a key role in life at Carmelo Park. There is always an opportunity to participate in activities in the arts and crafts area, the library, the gym or at community events. Our activity staff plans programs along with the residents – allowing you to continue to pursue those talents you have developed over the years and also to discover new areas of interest. Our current event round tables and guest speakers keep us informed, our field trips keep us in touch with the community and our music and games help keep us happy and looking forward to tomorrow.
