Voted Best Community for Seniors in the South Bay

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Palos Verdes peninsula, sitting atop one of its finest vantage points, is The Canterbury, a continuing care retirement community. Cooled by ocean breezes, the site offers breathtaking views of the Los Angeles basin and the mountains beyond.

The Canterbury's ideal location is surpassed only by the lifestyle it offers to all who live within this boutique community. Affluent, educated and well-traveled, its residents enjoy many opportunities for socializing in an upscale environment.

The continuing care retirement community advantage features various levels of care, which are available as the need arises. A CCRC provides the peace of mind that many of today's informed seniors seek in a retirement setting. This is particularly important for couples who are not only discriminating about the residence of their choice, but also committed to planning wisely for each other's care in the future.

The staff at The Canterbury is dedicated to providing the quality of services that reflect the high standards of the Palos Verdes Community. Management annually conducts Resident Satisfaction Surveys as a tool to measure the satisfaction levels of all services provided on-site. Management's goal is quality first, and by identifying the expectations of its residents, it takes the first important step in moving toward exceeding those expectations.
