Southpointe Villa is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired (available to those over the age of 18).

Our community is located next to the San Bernardino Forest and on the main route to Palm Springs. Restaurants, shopping, a post office, supermarkets and medical facilities are all within walking distance. Within a short drive you are at the Metro Link Station, San Manual Indian Casino, a county public library, and banks.

Our Resident Council plans monthly activities, including celebrations in our community room. Residents can arrange for Meals-On-Wheels and use the bus that stops in front of the community and is run by the Department of Aging.

Monthly rental of the apartment, as well as heat, water and an electric allowance. An electric allowance is a certain amount taken off of the resident’s rent payment meant to help the resident pay the electric bill. The allowance amount is based on average usage for the apartment and may change annually. Residents will still receive an electric bill, but the allowance is intended to help pay for it. Residents may still be eligible for energy assistance from the state.

Southpointe Villa offers spacious one-bedroom apartments, as well as a few more-accessible apartments for the sensory/mobility impaired. For square footage, one-bedroom apartments and accessible apartments are approximately 644 square feet.
