Redwood Town Court is month-to-month residential and assisted living rental retirement community with full services, programs and activities located close to shops and medical services in Northern San Diego County. We're proudly backed by Redwood Senior Homes and Services' three decades of senior care experience.

Through the years, Redwood Town Court has grown to become a gem for the City of Escondido, with its distinctive architectural design and lush landscaping surrounded by palm trees. Redwood Town Court is a not-for-profit, full-service month-to-month rental community offering studios, alcoves, one and two bedroom accommodations in Residential and Assisted Living.

Residential Living Residents are able to experience fine dining in the Courtyard Dining Room, participate in the comprehensive activities program, or perhaps venture out and take a stroll through the downtown antique and specialty shops, enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants, attend a concert at the California Center for the Arts, browse at an exhibit at the Mingei Museum or catch the latest movie at the new theater in town.

The responsibilities of maintaining a home are removed so that Redwood Town Court residents are available to be involved in a variety of committees that help improve and maintain quality retirement living. Residents provide input through the Resident Association, Dietary, Activities and Library Committees.
