Pine Villa's Art Deco architectural design and elegant detailing provide a gracious backdrop to the many modern conveniences and comforts our senior residents value and appreciate. Named as a historic building in 2003, Pine Villa has been completely renovated to provide a rich, comfortable atmosphere both in its common areas and in its 61 individual apartment residences.

* Residents are invited to choose their paint colors upon move-in, and our
maintenance staff will apply at no extra charge
