Orange Blossom Villa is a beautiful retirement residence designed for individuals that are looking for a place to retire where they can maintain their independence, without cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, doing laundry or maintenance. All of this while they continue to travel without worries and visit with their friends and families outside of the facility. Also, for individuals who require additional care to meet their daily living needs, with respect and dignity, while maintaining their independence.

Orange Blossom Villa offers two main different levels of care to meet the residents needs. They are:

I- Independent- Where the resident does not need assistance.
II- Assisted Living- Where the resident or spouse needs additional assistance,
without loosing their independence.

Several "sub-levels" of care are also offer at this level.

Residents at Orange Blossom Villa enjoy an independent and active lifestyle. Within our basic rate, we provide the following:

We have different types of unit sizes as well as layouts throughout the facility. We have the largest units in Ventura county in all of the different types of units.

Every Unit is equipped with:

* Full-size / Handicap size bathroom with build-in shower seats and shower hoses
* Kitchenette area with a built-in counter, cabinets and sink area with small
refrigerator
* Full-size closets

One and Two bedroom also have:

* Living room area
* Dining area
* Walk-in Closets

In Orange Blossom Villa you can find a variety of delicious foods.

We offer sit-down meals in our beautiful dining room or a daily continental breakfast. How about a soup and salad bar for lunch? We also offer a 24-hour, seven day a week snack / fruit bar, juice and coffee bar or midnight sandwiches and much more.

You can also enjoy our "candlelight dinners" where our chefs prepare their signature gourmet meals, served with a variety of wines.

During the summer time you can also join our monthly bbq, with menus of tri-tip, baby back ribs, hamburgers or hot dogs, served with potatoes, macaroni and green salad, baked beans, and chips as well as fruits in season such as watermelon, honeydew, peaches, grapes, cantaloupe, cherries and don't forget the oranges!

For special events you can be part of the Super Bowl party, basketball championships, and the world series where traditional snacks and meals are served with beer. We offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in all of our programs.

Spouse Fee

A married couple will be charged only once for the room plus $500.00 for the spouse. (Additional charges do apply for Level of Care Assessments for each person)

Move-In Cost

Move-In cost is $1,000.00, (due to reserve apartment) which is divided as follows:
Deposit: $250.00 refundable (applied to the first months rent).
Residential Fee: $750.00 non-refundable. This fee is a one time fee to assure that the common areas of the facility, i.e. dining room, activity room, conference room, library, sunroom, etc. will remain in the same condition for years to come.
