Residents can choose a spacious apartment home from a variety of floor plans for studios and one bedrooms (and limited and newly created two bedrooms).
In addition, there are cottages where seniors enjoy Assisted Living in the privacy of their own studio home just steps away from the gardens and patio areas.

Monte Vista Village residents are able to choose up to three meals daily from our three lifestyle option packages. Meals are served in the lovely buffet or sit-down dining rooms. The dining rooms are open and airy, and well-appointed... and the buffet is open 12-hours a day!
In addition, there is a private dining room area that can be reserved by residents to entertain family and friends
Activities & Programs
Monte Vista Village residents have a wealth of activities and programs specifically offered to them, with a devoted program director and an auditorium and common areas for social activities. Our residents have established their own neighborhood in our peaceful, tranquil environment with fabulous garden views.
We're fortunate to be able to offer fitness classes with several different formats to help keep our residents fit and healthy with supervision, including water aerobics.
In addition to activities on site, the residents enjoy excursions such as shopping trips, monthly lunches out to different local restaurants, and happy hours with entertainment.
